Privacy and Security: We are committed to protecting your privacy; the information we collect is used to process orders, we do not share or sell the information to any third party. For credit card transactions we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt credit card information before it is sent to us. We do not have access to the credit card information, it is sent directly to a credit card processing institution. Some older versions of browsers or use of software that prohibits secure transactions may not allow you use SSL. If you are not able to obtain secure mode, you may use an e-mail for ordering.
Payment methods: A payment can be made by a major credit
card, PayPal or a check for which a waiting period for a
clearance is required.
Return policy:
We are quite confident that you will be very pleased with your purchase from us. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, you may return the product to us in the original box and packing materials within 14 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase less a 10 % restock fee, shipping and handling fees. The merchandise must be in re-sellable condition when we receive it. The buyer will be responsible for shipping cost to return the item. Customized, personalized and special order items are not returnable, unless we are in error. Please e-mail us for the detail if you wish to make a return.
Shipping:
Most packages will be
shipped via UPS Ground service, drop off at the destination and
an adult's signature for delivery confirmation will be required.
Once the package is picked up at our place, you can track the
package with a tracking number (we'll provide it to you) by
clicking "UPS Tracking" in the menu. By tracking you can estimate when you can expect
your shipment arrive at the destination. We use UPS's adult
signature requirement to avoid lost shipments, please be sure
there will be an adult at the destination at the time of the
delivery. In case of unsuccessful first delivery attempt, UPS
delivery person will leave a note at the door to let you know
what the next step will be. Ground Service does not come with
Saturday delivery option. You may contact UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS
(1-800-742-5877) for any questions you might have.
We examine the merchandise thoroughly before and during the
packing process and we have not had any problem with UPS, in
case the piece is damaged during the shipping, please notify us
immediately either via a phone or e-mail. If the damage is
visible at the time of receiving, you must notify the UPS
delivery person on the spot. We'll do our best to resolve the
problem.
Information needed for the shipping:
Once we receive an order, we’ll e-mail you requesting for the following
information.
1) Ship to Address: It should be where an adult will
be present at the time of delivery. Identifying the destination
to be either residential or business. For a business location,
we need the business name and suite number if there is one.

Recipient Name:

different from the recipient.
4) Phone number and
e-mail address for UPS
use: UPS will send a note at the time of the shipment
process starts, when an exception occurs or when the shipment is
delivered. Phone number will be helpful in case of an
unsuccessful delivery attempt or a need for clarification on the
location of the destination. |
