This limited edition of Tansu styled shoe storage bench (getabako or kutsubako) is in a combination of solid Ash for the top and trim (legs and rails) and ebonized Oak ply for the cabinet.

With the coffee table trim at the rear it will make a uniquely designed coffee table with an Asian flare. As a shoe bench it holds about eight pairs of adult shoes. With its Japanese Tansu inspired style it can be used as a hall or entryway bench or bedroom bench.
